The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) is India’s landmark legislation governing the processing of digital personal data. This page explains how AyurvedicCare India complies with your rights under the DPDP, even though we do not collect or store personal data through user registration or databases.
Scope and Applicability
AyurvedicCare India is an informational blog that provides educational content on Ayurveda and traditional Indian medicine. We do not require users to register, create accounts, or submit personal information. Any personal data processed is limited to automatically collected information such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics. These tools operate under their own privacy policies, and we ensure they comply with DPDP requirements where applicable.

- Right to access your personal data processed by us
- Right to correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent
- Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated
How We Comply
Although we do not actively collect or store personal data, we ensure that any incidental data collected through website analytics is handled in accordance with DPDP principles. We use only privacy-compliant analytics providers that anonymize data and do not track individuals across sites. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data We Process
The only personal data we may incidentally process includes:
- IP addresses (anonymized)
- Browser and device type
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Location data (country-level only, not precise)
This data is collected solely for website functionality, traffic analysis, and improving user experience. It is not linked to any individual identity.
Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing of incidental data is based on legitimate interest under Section 11 of the DPDP, to ensure the proper functioning and improvement of our informational website. No consent is required for this limited, non-intrusive processing.
